-go to the official web section for iTunes and chose whether you want the 32-bit edition or the 62-bit edition.
-click on the download button. The Windows user control will ask if you want to download this file - select yes and then chose either a location to save it or run it when it finishes downloading.
-allow the program to download. When finished, depending on the selection from the previous step, either click on the program to install it or allow it to begin installing once the download is done.
-iTunes will go through the standard download, asking for you to agree to the terms of service and where it will download. Click on agree/next throughout for the standard install.
-itunes will take a bit to install - at one point, Windows will ask if you want to install the program. Missing this message may cause installation to fail. Simply reinstall and click yes when the message appears. This usually happens when installing the full iTunes + QuickTime applications.
-when iTunes has finished installing, it will ask about your preferences, such as viewing your folders, where you want music stored, etc.
